Brian J. Dennis
Brian founded Dennis & Co. Auto Group in 2006 when he purchased Riverdale Chrysler Jeep. He transformed the company from an underperforming single-point store into a business that currently generates $600M+ in annual revenue and consists of 12 dealerships representing 14 brands, a warranty company, and real estate holdings. Brian provides executive oversight on all business activities, leads the management team, and ultimately oversees 600+ employees. Brian has been expanding his management team to build for the future as he continues to identify growth opportunities.
Bob Erickson is Vice President of Dealer Performance for Dennis & Co. Auto Group. In this capacity, he leads a group of sales departments that achieves continuous business growth. Bob’s responsibilities include providing direction and oversight on vehicle inventory, monitoring customer service, overseeing advertising effectiveness and budget allocation, and forecasting sales volume, revenue, and gross profit. He is also responsible for directing employee training and recruiting.
As Dealer Performance Manager for Dennis and Co. Auto Group, Rafael monitors each dealership’s overall productivity, efficiency, and gross profitability. With extensive experience in automotive sales, service, and parts departments, he oversees the stores’ general managers, sharing new ideas, concepts, and training on various dealer tools.
Adonai’s primary responsibility as Dealer Performance Manager is the overall efficiency, productivity, and gross profitability of each dealership location. Tracking weekly, monthly and yearly performance, he monitors the fixed operations, variable operations, and CSI across parts, service, and sales. Based on his knowledge and experience in all three departments, Adonai constructs processes and implements ideas to elevate the stores’ general managers in their roles.
Justin Dennis is the General Manager & Partner of Maserati of Manhattan, Alfa Romeo of Manhattan, and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Manhattan. He oversees all dealership departments, including sales, finance, service, parts, and office personnel. He also manages inventory as well as relations with the manufacturer. His key achievements as General Manager include surpassing previous company records in terms of sales volume, winning multiple competitions held by the manufacturer, and increasing profits by 70%.
Kathy Finn is the General Manager of Buick GMC of Mahwah. Her role entails working closely with the Executive Team and General Management to implement their business plans throughout the markets, focusing on achieving goals via the dealership teams. Kathy also oversees the Customer Relations departments for all dealerships. She ensures that each dealership exceeds customers’ expectations during both their purchasing and ownership experiences.
Frank Perez is currently General Manager for Dennis & Co. Auto Group’s largest franchise, Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. He manages daily operations and leads the management team in overseeing functions such as customer service, financial management, employee motivation, and continuous business growth for the dealership.
Tony Bonet is Partner and Dealer Principal at White Plains Volkswagen and Unity Chevrolet Cadillac. He manages daily operations, overseeing dealership departments such as sales, finance, service/parts, and office personnel. He manages inventory and relations with the manufacturer, and his primary focus is to enhance customer experiences and to drive sales and profit growth
Jason LaLonde is Partner at Greenwich Ford. In his prior role, Jason served as Dennis & Co.’s Finance Director, a role to which he was promoted in 2019. He leads a team of 12 finance managers who work across four locations, and his team assists General Managers in attaining their strategic goals.
Fred Eldik is the General Manager of Volkswagen of Nanuet. In his prior role as Director of the Business Development Center (BDC) at Dennis & Co. he monitored representatives’ activities, responds to management’s requests, and advances BDC’s goals via working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Dealer Support.
Vincent Cotrone is Pre-Owned Retail and Wholesale Director for Dennis & Co. Auto Group. In this role, he is responsible for selling wholesale inventory at auto auctions, buying pre-owned inventory, and handling the logistics of transporting purchased vehicles to Dennis & Co.’s dealerships.
Patricia McKeown is Comptroller—and part of the Executive Team—at Dennis & Co. In this role, she is responsible for preparing, processing, and transmitting financial statements for three franchised auto dealerships. She also manages a centralized Accounting office of 15 employees, overseeing functions such as cash management and account reconciliation.
As Corporate Controller, Meghann manages the Dennis & Co. corporate office of controllers, accounting associates, and payroll employees. In addition to training and empowering her team, she ensures the timely and accurate submission of financial statements and continually perfects the accounting cycle for a cleaner and faster close.
Nathalie Vasquez is currently Office Manager at Dennis & Co. In this role, she supervises accounting, payroll, and billing personnel in all dealership locations within the company. Her main responsibilities are to ensure that office employees are adequately trained, the office runs efficiently, and work goals are being achieved.
Dawn Dennis is Digital Marketing Director at Dennis & Co. Auto Group. In this role, she plans, implements, and manages the digital strategy for all Dennis & Co. locations. She also partners with the company’s advertising agency to align digital advertising with traditional media, including TV, radio, and print.
Pablo Jimenez is Digital Retailing Technology Manager at Dennis & Co. Auto Group. His primary responsibility is to build and maintain a digital retailing process, enabling the company to conduct completely paperless showroom operations. His work is also positioning the company to provide express delivery, online purchasing and service options for customers..
Carmela T. Morello
Carmela T. Morello is Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Team at Dennis & Co. Auto Group. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the centralized Accounting function and for leading a team of Accounting Associates, Controllers, and Office Managers. Carmela trains staff members, reviews and implements new processes to improve her office’s efficiency, and ensures all financial data are reported accurately and on time.
Barry Schaen is Special Administrative Advisor at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. As the corporate finance expert for the dealership, he is responsible for leading financial planning/strategy, monitoring and reporting on financial performance, reviewing month-end bonuses, and optimizing the company’s pricing models.
Diandra Rodriguez is the Business Development Manager at Dennis & Co. Auto Group. She is responsible for building a department of centralized representatives from five separate locations to find new opportunities, research leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and arrange appointments for sales executives.
As parts director, Jason focuses on performance in profitability, inventory management, staff morale, and overall departmental growth for all parts departments in the group. He coaches, motivates, and trains parts management, helping them succeed in their roles.
