Diandra Rodriguez is the Business Development Manager at Dennis & Co. Auto Group. She is responsible for building a department of centralized representatives from five separate locations to find new opportunities, research leads, establish relationships with potential clients, and arrange appointments for sales executives.
Diandra prides herself on maximizing all opportunities the dealership offers and building a strong BDC team that provides excellent customer service and quality sales appointments. Diandra also ensures the sales teams use the CRM tool correctly and all process requirements are met.
Prior to her current role, Diandra worked as the Business Development Director for several high-performing dealerships and successfully centralized the BDCs for multiple stores.
Diandra is bilingual and has been in the automotive industry for over five years, establishing herself as an effective multi-tasker and a responsible, high-performing leader.
